• Hi,

I’ve just tried to update from Hueman 3.2.8 to 3.2.9 but I only get this error message:
An error occured while updating Hueman: This file could not be copied: hueman/assets/front/img/demo/7-520×245.jpg

Any ideas how I can solve this?

    I’m using an Child Theme.

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hello luhudroid,

Although unlikely, this could be due to insufficient server permissions. You could open up an FTP application and manually update the theme by downloading and copying the theme to the themes folder.

    Hope this helps you.
    Take care!

    Hi,

    good idea!
I’ve just tried it but I get several error messages (mostly on /demo/ files) like “upload could not be started” or “timeout”. Is it possible that this is caused due to temporary server problems?

In that case it is indeed most likely caused due to temporary server problems. You should check the status of your web hosting provider and check again in one hour or so, or you could contact your hosting provider straight away.

Let me know if this is not the case.

I just wanted to try to update again and weirdly the theme was updated in the meanwhile. I don’t how since I did not trigger it again – but since it’s working now it’s OK.

    Thanks for your help!
