You could achieve that using a form plugin with WooCommerce. Then use product fields and options, so depending on which options where selected the total price would be adjusted.
Then the total amount is used when the order is created.

Hi thank you so much for your quick reply. Very much appreciated. I have seen that add on, but it still seems so complicated for whats needed. I already feel I over complicated the process using woocommerce. I found having seperate products for each event too combersome when I just want a list from which people can check when it comes to entering/payment.
I am thinking just one form, with the ability to chose from ONE LIST of 10 different events, as many as buyer wishes, total of those picked and send to payment. There must be a simpler method.
For example…. one form with list of events to enter…
radio buttons for each event O is radio button unchecked 0 is checked
Event one 0 £100 Member price O £150 Non Member Price
Event two O £100 Member 0 £150 Non Member
Event three O £100 Member 0 £150 Non Member
Event four O £100 Member O £150 Non Member
etc
Adds up a Total Entry Fee £400.00
Add normal form fields, name etc
Select a payment option, so could have a paypal option which would send buyer to paypal, and a second option/button could simply direct to a page which lists BACS info, cheque info, cash in
Pay with PayPal incl credit cards BACS CHEQUE CASH
It doesn’t have to be woocommerce.
I have spent 12 months going round in circles on this so any further guidance is appreciated and this is what I would like but with payment option http://www.1836tour.com/89/2016_Schedule/

So in that case you would just need one base product, create the form.
Then add in the various options within the form. Then each product or option has a value with it.
So you select the form to show on that product.
You can hide fields as well using conditional logic, so only certain options can show.
It is not as complex as you think it would be.
You could just build the entire thing with a form plugin as well.

Thank you again. Re form plugin… I cant find how to do that so that it totals up the options selected. Feel like I am being really dumb on this
Thanks, Michelle
@seniormasters
Depends on which form plugin you are using or which of the WooCommerce plugins that you would be using.
Hi, thank you again for your reply. I don’t know which plugin to use… Thats the trouble. What form plugin will do the job? It seems it should be an easy option to not use a complex ecommerce suite like woocommerce for a single page of options to order from.
I am currently looking to change hosting to a company with uk servers. My wordpress site is so bogged down with the plugins I run that I am going to start the site from scratch when I move it, and try to thin out plugins. Woocommerce currently occupies so many different plugins, I must be able to do this single page ordering in a much less complicated way.
Please I really need someone to hold my hand and tell me the form plugins that will do the job.
Thank you
Michelle

I would look at Gravity Forms, Formidable Forms, Ninja Forms or WPForms. Most integrate with most of the main payment gateways PayPal, Stripe or Authorize.net.
Find the feature set and the one that works best for your site budget.
