[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Enqueue Script Issue

Hi there,

There is a problem with the way the plugin is referencing the Javascript libraries which it is using.

Instead of using wp_enqueue_script, it is simply inserting SCRIPT tags into WordPress which, unfortunately conflicts with other plugins.
