Forms with attachment not received

Hi, i am using the latest version of FS Secure form. I have a problem with adding attachments. When i add a document and then submit the form, it says successful. But it doesn’t send. Forms without attachment no problem. My provider says it is an issue with the plugin. I’ve tried also very small attachments but makes no difference.
