    I have bought premium plugin and theme. After 3 days I want give it back. But no refund.

    You have to know css html php for customization. After the plugin your site gets slowlier and your page size increase over 2mb. (checked with pingdom.com)

    Our customers are satisfied with our templates and features. In your case, you wanted customization that is more advance and that requires you have to know css html php.

    It’s that simple.
