Popup open after submission

    I have a popup with contact form 7. I need to reload the popup after submission form. I try to set “Close on convertion” on “No” but without result.
    Can you help me please?

    You mean that the popup should appear again next time the user visits the page? You will have to set conversion cookies to 0 days. That means no cookie will be set when form is filled.
    You probably also want to set closing cookie to 0 if you want to show the popup everytime

    I need to reload the same popup ( only another one time ) to see another custom data after contact form submission.
    I don’t want to show the popup the next time.

    Ok I think I understood now. The close on conversion set to no it should help. Because the form should load answer without closing the popup. Do you have a url where I can see the issue?
