Looking For A Specific Plugin Involving Tags

Hi guys,

I’m the kind of blogger that tries to tie together my content as much as possible by writing words and then linking to their tag. It’s quite a long process though as you can imagine.

I wondered if there was a plugin available that automatically generates links to the tag page when it detects the word in an article.

For example if I were to write the sentence in my WordPress: “Soul Calibur 4 is a video game on Playstation 3” — I would want Soul Calibur 4, video game and playstation 3 to automatically become links to the tag.

Is there anything that does this? Sorry if I’m not making sense, it’s a really hard thing to explain and hence why I haven’t been able to find a plugin in search.
