Can’t get an edited title tagline to Save and Publish

Please post your site url.
Do you mean that the Save is not happening?

Looks like changes are make on screen but will not save.

Hi,
That might be an issue with the memory.
Can you save/publish new posts? If not, check with your hosting provider.
