I am also having this problem since upgrading to 2.6 – anyone trying to post (even me, the admin) gets an error message like this. (hope that works) Can anyone help? I’m not sure why I don’t see this as a resolved issue anywhere, it seems like it would be a common problem if it’s result from the upgrade.

I upgraded to 2.6 and mow when anyone other than admin attempts to post a comment, they get a 500 page cannot be found error. I have tried various settings for comments and have deactivated all pluggins and still no comment posting.
Anyone have this problem? Any known issues and/or fixes?
