Flexible Category Post Title Ordering Plugin?

Hey, guys, I’m looking for a plugin that will give me control over how certain categories will look, while not affecting other categories.

For instance, the chronological order of most of my categories work fine (most recent on top), but there are a couple of categories, like ones listing reviews, that I would like to have listed in alphabetical order.

Is there a plugin out there that will allow me to select how ONLY CERTAIN categories should be listed?
