We were on an older version of Time.ly and when we upgraded all of our feeds are sitting in the “My Feeds” tab and can not be edited. How is the newer method of feeds intended to work (I’m not finding any documentation)? We rely heavily on multiple fees for about 20 websites. This message shows at the top of that page…

Your feeds will be migrated at the next scheduled refresh (it can take up to one hour).
You can’t edit or remove them at the moment. Please, visit this page later to manage your feeds.

It has been two hours and nothing has happened. What do I need to do to get the feeds functional again?

    Thanks,
    Jeff

  • Hi Jeff,

It is necessary to sign into Timely Network(in the plugin settings) and wait a few minutes (sometimes hours) and you will be able to edit feeds.

    Thanks,
    Ben

    Hi Ben,

I did that before I sent the first support message. Nothing happened all day but when I checked this morning it appeared some of the feeds did sync overnight.

However, We recently 3/4 hours ago made some changes in a source calendar (Google Calendar) and the changes not occurring. When I go to the feed and click update I receive a new message in red that says…

You are not subscribed to the requested feed. Try subscribing to it first.
    error message

What do you recommend that I try now?

    Thanks,
    Jeff

Sorry… When I click the “Refresh” button is when I get the error in red.

Is this a public or private Google calendar feed?
