How to change seating chart size

    I created a new event area using type seating chart. And then I added that event area to my event. However, in the event page, the size of seating selection area is fixed (980px by 980px in my case) while my seating chart background image is 980px by 2000px. As a result, only part of the image is shown. I have to drag up and down to see the other part of the image. How can I modify the size of seating selection so that I can see the entire image when I open the event page? Thanks.

    @lydiay1112 there is a setting that you might only find in the videos.

    In the Event Area, click the background image you use (not a seat overlay) and check the ‘Set Backdrop’ checkbox, then save the Event Area.

    This tells the system ‘size the initial box to view the entire backdrop image by default’

    This allows backdrops that are larger than site width to fit into the width box. It will size accordingly.
