Adding a customised template

    Hi there
    I have followed your instructions with regards to adding a customised template with the child theme but i am not seeing any change nor the new file name appearing within the template menu. I have only edited the Styles and invoice files. I have cleared the cache but that’s also not making any difference. Appreciate any suggestions. Thank in advance.

    Hello Anthony,
    When you say you ‘only edited the Styles and invoice files’, did you also copy the other files? The plugin needs all the files. Creating a custom PDF template.
    If you did, can you check the Status tab for errors?

    Hi Ewout. Thanks for getting back to me so promptly. Sorry for the delay – was on my honeymoon.

    I did copy all the files so that wasn’t the problem. I tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin and that worked this time so all good. One thing I am trying to do is wrap the additional product info (eg: weight), onto the same line as the product description to save on space. Any tips on how?

    ***FORGET THAT QUESTION – I have worked it out! 🙂

    Sorry Ewout. Just one last thing.

    I have a range of grouped products that appear to be displaying both the product being purchased as well as its parent which is not ideal. I have taken a screenshot to show what i mean. It works fine on all the other items (first item listed being a good example).

    Thanks for that. Seems the meta data is being pulled together before it gets processed so i can’t separate but that was worth a try. Think i can get by removing the products as grouped items and that will solve that issue. I did actually use the link button to add the link but it seems it has been removed on sending. No problem. Thanks for your assistance though. Very appreciated.
