on the preview page it is working but when i go to the website the buttons do not appear. I have
updated the website and empty’ed the cache’s and still not working, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working. thanks

Please mention your website URL so that we can have a look at the issue.
And also check if you have errors in the JavaScript console of your browser. If yes find which plugin cause the error and rectify it.

Please add your fields in your form in the edit Forms section under General tab.
The preview is just a preview of your lightbox with dummy fields.

Which plugin did you go with? I just checked out your site and I love the pop-up form! I’m having the same issues that you were experiencing with chimpmate.. I still can’t work out why it’s not working.
