WordPress Post Editor Removes Urls? Why?

    I have images that when clicked, open a web page with width and height values.

    Wordpress Editor removes these urls and replaces them with a non-breaking space!

    Who’s idea was this? Who though this would be a useful feature?

    If I edit my post and it opens in text view, no problem. In visual view? The url is missing when I switch back to text view… why, Why, WHY?
