Forum members, including plugin and theme authors, should never ask for admin or FTP access to a server, MySQL, or WordPress installation.
If this is still unclear please let the WordPress Support team know in the Slack channel.

Even if I am not online at the time, I do not doubt that this will be explained clearly.
You can support your code elsewhere and your plugins and themes do not need to reside in the WordPress repository. Do not continue to make these requests, and please regard this as a formal warning again.

And it is normal to think that the Support is about the exact theme.
Finding threads from other forum members related to this theme, looks like this is the exact place to find support.
So I couldn’t even imagine it is that serious to receive such a rude comment from Moderator.

todorovaeva, there’s no issue with what you’ve done. Jan was speaking to the others on the thread who, in violation of forum rules, were asking for admin access to your site.
