Hi,
Do you get this error message surrounded by a red or green box? Most likely this has got something to do with your server’s mail settings. Take a look at this:
http://contactform7.com/faq/after-submitting-the-form-i-get-an-error-message/
Also, you may want to read through this previous thread here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/failed-to-send-your-message-20/
Thanks for the tip. I searched both the threads and couldn’t find a way to resolve the issue.
I get error message surrounded by a red box.
I am using bluehost hosting service. Are they supported by Word Press?

Hi @gopinathpc,
The red border means that Contact Form 7 tried to send mail with wp_mail(), but it failed. To solve the issue, you need to find out the actual reason why it is failing in the first place. For more information on this read the following page:
http://contactform7.com/faq/i-get-an-error-message-with-a-red-border-so-how-can-i-solve-this/
BlueHost is one of the hosting service provider that WordPress does recommend but any issue with BlueHost will have to be resolved by the BlueHost support team.
In this case you should contact their support team and check up with the mail server settings to get this issue resolved.
