Do you see screen like that https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/152848/Zrzut%20ekranu%20z%202016-10-03%2000-55-37.png – if yes, you need only to click Course Overview to create course.
If no because you have already created two courses than its correct, because in Lite version you can have only two courses.
Unlimited courses is only in Pro version. You can test Pro version with 14 days trial account here https://premium.wpmudev.org

Can you tell me what happens if you go to this URL on your site:
example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=course_details
Make sure to replace example.com with your domain 🙂
