Hi,
Can you check the firewall log (NinjaFirewall > Firewall Log) and paste here the log line(s) showing the blocked request? Any action taken by the firewall is written to that log.
here we go…

There is nothing in your log related to your issue.
Check the “Firewall Policies > HTTP response headers” section, and if the “Force HttpOnly flag on all cookies to mitigate XSS attacks” option is enabled, disable it.
Hi, thanks for your response. I have checked the http header options and all of them are disabled. All off them say:
This option is disabled because the header_register_callback() PHP function is not available on your server.
thanks
That’s odd, because any request blocked by the firewall will be written to the log, except HTTP headers (in that case, requests are blocked by the user’s browser). Also, no one ever complained about NinjaFirewall blocking Google analytics.
Maybe a conflict with another plugin? Did you install another plugin/theme lately?
Did you try to temporarily disable NinjaFirewall from the “Plugins” page to see if it was causing the problem?
yes, it was another plugin that was causing the isuue. Sorry…
thanks
