    Your form is missing the download_id value when I submit it. That’s probably because of your shortcode. Your shortcode needs to look like the one on the screenshots page (obviously with different numbers in there) … the download_id part will need the id from the pdf file you uploaded into Download Monitor (again, see the screenshots page):

    Fix that and try again. I saw something else that didn’t look right, but can’t be sure until this first issue is fixed.

    Also, are you set for ‘inline’, ’email’, or ‘both’ in the EBD settings?
