Error “PDF document failed to load”

    When I download a PDF through Download Monitor (using Dropbox URL) and try to open it I’m getting this error “PDF document failed to load. Reload?”

    If I download directly from dropbox the PDF works fine.

    Hello,

    To use Dropbox URL’s, please replace “0” with “1” in the URL generated in Dropbox before adding them in our plugin.

    Let us know if that resolves the issue.
