You need to install google fonts on your WordPress site and then choose right Font Family

The words “Le Carrefour du pain” is your .site-description element (aka “tagline”) and the font and italic style are being defined in this part of the CSS:
.site-description {
font-family: Lora,Baskerville,Georgia,Times,serif;
font-style: italic;
}
I used a browser inspector to see where this was coming from – see the screenshot here:
There are two parts to adding a new font to a theme, as Tahoe Rock pointed out above:
1. You need to enqueue the font itself in the theme. Using a Google Font plugin as Tahoe Rock mentioned earlier is an easy way to do that in WordPress.
2. You need to add custom CSS to style the element you want to appear in that font. I see that you have a custom CSS plugin active, but there’s no code in it yet. After you install your Google Font plugin and follow the directions to enqueue Montserrat, you can then add this custom CSS to your theme:
.site-description {
font-family: Montserrat, Helvetica, Arial sans-serif;;
}
It’s always good to specify some “fallback fonts” that are likely to be installed on a viewer’s computer so just in case the Google font has trouble loading, they will at least see something in a similar style.

Can I jump in this thread?? I am also on the Affinity theme. I would love my header font to be Bromello but in dot org, there is no “font” menu in the customiser. So, am I correct in thinking I need to be doing the same as @cjebourassasauve by putting my font choice in the CSS?
If that’s right, then do I need to be doing this via my FTP files in Bluehost or can I simply do it in the WP customiser in my wordpress theme customiser?

You can, but in future it’s better if you start a new one — you’ll get a faster reply. 😉 If it’s about Affinity, tag it with wpcom-theme so we’ll see it. That’s because Affinity is not yet in the WordPress.org directory and it’ll get lost otherwise.

Since Bromello is not a Google Font, you can’t use a Google Font plugin, which makes it a lot more complicated. You would need to purchase a license for a web-compatible version of the font — or check the license and convert it yourself if you are permitted — and then create a child theme to enqueue the font. Finally, you would need to target the elements you want in Bromello with CSS in your child theme.
So there are a few steps if you’re intent on using that font.

You can’t specify a font in CSS unless that font is enqueued in your theme first.
