Hi @beflanet,
Do you mean all profiles are not accessible to non-logged in users?
Thanks.
Hi,
Thanks for clarifying. If you need to change the global access option, please navigate to UM > Settings > Access.
Thanks.
yes, I know. And there´s still selected “Site accessible to everyone” like always.
I installed the release-version, renamed it to ultimate-member and activated it. Still without open profiles.
I added the css-code, also without access to the profiles.
Also I deactivated all plugins and installed the twentiy-sixth theme without access.
Hi,
Thanks for the response. Could you please check the setup settings on UM > Settings > Setup? Also check if the profile page has custom access settings in Edit profile page > See UM custom access settings.
Thanks.
I got it! The settings in profile page are “Content available for everyone” but months ago I had the profile page blocked for non logged in users. Although the profile page since months its available for everyone with the new update takes the settings of “Content available for registered users” although its chosen “Content available for everyone”.
By now the solution: Go to the profile edit page and search for the widget “Apply custom access settings?”. Choose “Yes” and “Select the roles that can see this content?” and remove the selection. After this you can change back the “Apply custom access settings?” to “No” or “Content available for everyone” and it works.
Sorry for my bad english.
