ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE when trying to export (.xlsx only)

    Hello, i’m getting an error each time i try to export data in .xlsx format. Here is an example of the error message :

    Ce site est inaccessible

    Il se peut que la page Web à l’adresse http://www.example.dev/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=cfdb-export&form=Call+to+action&enc=xlsx&regionaldelimiter=true soit temporairement inaccessible ou qu’elle ait été déplacée de façon permanente à une autre adresse Web.
    ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

    I’ve checked the error.log and found no info about this error, the only log about this is in the access.log :

    10.10.10.1 – – [27/Sep/2016:16:46:35 +0200] “GET /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=cfdb-export&form=Call+to+action&enc=xlsx&regionaldelimiter=true HTTP/1.1” 500 – “-” “Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36”

    Any advices?

    FYI : php 7.0 fpm / apache 2.4 / WP 4.6.1 and latest version of contact-form-7-to-database
