Hi @dshpipes,
Since you are using the MaxGalleria plugin, I think you may be able to get direct help from the author if you were to post your issue to the MaxGalleria Plugin Support forum
Hope you get this resolved fast.
Hi @tsure,
Thanks for your reply!
I’ve posted there as well but have not received a response yet.
I suspect that it may be WordPress because this also occurs when using the native gallery in the media library.
Thanks!
Hi @dshpipes,
Let’s give them some time. In the meanwhile, I just re-read your questions and am curious to know what did you update exactly? If it’s the core WordPress then I suspect it could be a plugin that may be misbehaving. Try disabling all the plugins and then re-enabling one by one to find out if the plugin that could be the culprit behind he issue with the native gallery.
Hi @tsure,
I updated WordPress as well as any plugins that were due for an update. Thank you for your suggestion! I’ll give that a try and report back.
@tsure,
I’ve eliminated one issue by following your suggestion. The gallery now appears as it should on the page.
However, clicking on a thumbnail still opens a new window, despite the settings and regardless of whether I use MaxGalleria or the native WordPress gallery.
Thanks for your help so far!
