Having same issue. One gallery shortcode and the rendered page has two of the same galleries. Example here.
A little hard to see with the tiled mosaic format, but look for a fatter white horizontal break and the images start repeating in the second gallery.

My website is in maintenance mode so you wont be able to see it on the URL, but I will share a screenshot of the problem here – https://www.dropbox.com/s/awdd4h043b1he4d/repeating-gallery.png?dl=0 . As you can see, the gallery repeats directly after the first one, even though the shortcode is only written in the page once.

Just realized that I don’t have this specific plugin installed. But, still having the gallery duplication issue. I have a ticket in with my theme author. Any thoughts where the issue lies, in the mean time?
