[plugin: inlinefeed, feedsnap] it fails or lies

there is touble with feed uls’s like:

maybe it is the parameter connector & or
it’s too long or
the /wp-include/rss.php is doing somthing rare.

i can not find the solution.

if you throw it into a browser, you’ll get different results then into inlinefeed.
feedsnap fails as well.
