ReduxFramework issues with Gloria Theme

Hi, my client is using Gloria WordPress Theme which required Redux Framework to work. The issues the site facing are –

> The *add new* unable to search for any plugin while typing the name. It shows the loading gif which keeps on loading without any success.
> The *theme options* not working.
> Unable to add featured image in the post.
> media dont show any already uploaded media files or even in add media pop up.

Fixtures I tried.

> Adding memory limit 64MB.
> already running the latest version of redux framework, tried downgrading them but does not help.
> using some speed hacks to htaccess but does not help.
