Adding WPTouch to an already responsive site?

I have three WP websites that are all responsive, displaying just fine on mobile devices. So, is there a reason to install WPTouch still on my sites?

I’m considering WPTouch because Super Cache requires me to have a mobile product such as WPTouch in order for it to cache to mobile. But I want to make sure it’s not going to mess with my mobile design.

For example, Adsense placement is critical, and I have adsense ads displaying via shortcodes I created, that I place in-content in pages and posts. Would these be still properly placed?
