cutline theme version 2-1

Hello,
I have just installed this new theme I downloaded at:

The problems I have are:

1) the heading picture is a black and white picture not coloured

2) I want the picture of the houses not the pig.

3) How do I have this welcome to my new blog page appeare at http://www.houseontheocean.com directly??
