Hi @louisapple,
This warning:
Invalid store category ID (20169), since it is non-leaf. So item has been listed to the ‘Other’ store category
is a message from eBay and it is thrown when you list an item to a parent category, it must be listed to a leaf category, meaning a sub category.
So, for example if the category is Sports > Baseball > Cleats, you could not list the item to the “Sports” store category but you could list to the “Cleats” category. If the warning still persists even after assigning a listing to a leaf category you should contact eBay about this.
Kind regards,

Hi @louisapple,
Also, I should mention that when you receive this warning or error message, then it’s very likely that eBay made some changes to their category hierarchy and that a former leaf category became a main leaf category now-because eBay added some child categories, which happens all the time…
The right thing to do here is to first update the eBay details to have WP-Lister fetch the eBay categories again. Then you can check the category in the profile or wherever it’s defined and make sure it’s a leaf category.

thanks for the quick reply, i have another question, i have two pricing systems for ebay and my own website, so if i fill the price under “ebay option”in woocomerce and when i marked down the price in ebay, will the price sync so make the price become the original price?
Hi @louisapple,
You’re welcome!:)
I’m sorry but no, when you manually change your listing on eBay WP-Lister plugin won’t get notified of your changes and will even overwrite them if you revise the listing from WP-Lister.
As you may already know, once you started using WP-Lister, your WooCommerce listings will become your “central database” (not eBay) where you should create new products and apply all your changes.
This is also explained here – What happens when I manually change a listing on eBay?

ok so if i would like to keep the mark down price for ebay i just lock the item
cheers
Hello louisapple.
No, that won’t work. If you use the mark down manager on eBay that will change the price on eBay. A locked listing will still have it’s price and or inventory updated which will still over write the mark down manager price on eBay when the Woocommerce product is updated.
