Please turn on ‘debug mode’ from plugin settings page. Then, you can see UPS API request on cart/checkout page.

We can see that the settings are correct.
However, kindly note :
– The product is of dimensions–> 2 x 1.25 x 1 with weight as .187.
Is this correct? We believe you may be sending the incorrect dimensions as a result the prices are coming differently.
If the problem persists, we request you to go to UPS price calculator – https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_us
and then fetch the price for the given location and weight and dimension. We will compare them with our plugin rates and help you resolve the query.

The dimensions of the product are correct, however the weight is not. In my product details, the product weights 32 oz which would be 2 lbs. I am very confused as to where the .187 is coming from.
Any ideas?

This is a variable product. Please go to ‘variations’ tab and check the weight of those variations.
