    Hello,

I’m confused because I can’t figure out how to fix the problem I’m having. I have a domain site (freeonlinebuzz.com) that has many subdomains, duplicates of another subdomain that are customized for a different country. Well, I am using a Multisite Subdomain Duplicator plugin that basically clones/duplicates the original site in a new subdomain with all the original data, plugin settings, etc. It’s working beautifully except for the Responsive Menu Pro and Responsive Menu plugins. They are giving me error messages when I just try to look at the settings. The original site that’s copied is fine, but the other one is locked up in errors. Here is the error:
    “Breakpoint
This is the width of the screen at which point you would like the menu to start showing
Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to ResponsiveMenuPro\Form\Text::render() must be an instance of ResponsiveMenuPro\Models\Option, null given, called in /home2/bgrens/public_html/wp-content/plugins/responsive-menu-pro/src/app/ViewModels/Components/Admin/Boxes.php on line 97 and defined in /home2/bgrens/public_html/wp-content/plugins/responsive-menu-pro/src/app/Form/Text.php on line 10”

I’ve tried to reinstall and network re-activate the plugins, but to no avail. Any advice on how to proceed?

    Thank you,
    Brad

    Hi there,

Responsive Menu needs to be deactivated network wide and activated on each individual site instead.

Can you try that and let me know if you still get the errors?

    All the best

    Hello again,

I deactivated networkwide and activated on the individual sites, but I’m still getting the same error message.

The primary site is working fine, but the subdomains are not.

    Hi there,

Can you check in your database that an individual table has been created for each site you have activated it on?

    All the best

I think that I resolved the problem. I was using “Multisite Clone Duplicator” plugin, which created the subdomain with the error. Using “NS Cloner”, the subdomain that was created is working properly. The problem, I feel, is with “Multisite Clone Duplicator” plugin. Thanks!
