Google Maps Builder went wrong

Good day!

I have a problem with our Google Map. I followed every step here

but on the part where they have a 3 steps on how to get API Key, on my part, there is only a 1 step. But then I still continued and got my API Key but the problem is that it shows that there is something wrong with our Javascript.
