remove response message when using redirect

    How can you totally remove the “sent successfully” response message from form area?
    I am using a redirect to a thx page and don’t need/want the response message to appear.
    I have removed the response text from within messages tab, but the box outline still shows on page for a few seconds before redirecting ….
