  • Hi,

Thank you for your interest in WPtouch Pro!

    1. Yes, once Site Activation is sufficient to use/test on all sub-sites in a multisite installation.

    2. No, only WPtouch Pro themes will work in WPtouch Pro. WPtouch Pro themes include the option to display social media sharing buttons in posts and pages for Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and E-mail. If you’re adding the social media sharing buttons to your desktop theme via a plugin, they should be visible in the WPtouch Pro theme as well.

    3. If the ads are added in a way that is custom/exclusive to the desktop theme, then those ads won’t be available to WPtouch Pro. However, with Multi-Ads you’ll be able to add ads to your mobile theme in the header, before and after the content, within the content and in the footer. Multi-Ads won’t affect the desktop theme at all.

The best way to find out if WPtouch Pro will work for you is to try it. You can try it risk-free for you, as WPtouch Pro comes with a 14-day refund guarantee. If you run into any issues, we’ll do our best to help you resolve them. If we are not able to resolve them, we’ll process a refund in full for you.

    my question was:
i am having subdomain wp install like
    sub1.domain.com(wp install)
    sub2.domain.com(wp install)
    sub3.domain.com(wp install)

will i have to purchase different licsence for
different wp installs or one licsence will work for all
    subdomain wp installs

i am also having facebook like box in my sidebar
how can i show it on wptouch using or without using
    your woocommerce designed theme

i am also using ditty news ticker in header
is it possible to show using your themes

will i have to purchase different licsence for
different wp installs or one licsence will work for all
    subdomain wp installs

For each individual WordPress install, you’ll need to separately activate WPtouch Pro on it, even if they’re sub-domain installation on the same top-level domain. So you will need multiple Site Activations in your license.

i am also having facebook like box in my sidebar
how can i show it on wptouch using or without using
    your woocommerce designed theme

Yes. If this functionality is added via a sidebar widget, we can surely assist you in adding sidebar support in WPtouch Pro using WPtouch Pro’s child theme feature.

can i transfer licsence from one subdomain to another?
because i am testing on subdomain.maindomain.com
after testing i want to transfer that licsence to
    mainsite.maindomain.com,
    is it possible?

    Hi,

Absolutely. You will be able to easily remove a site from your license key, via your Account page, and activate it on another.

ok i will give a try to web app mode first
    1.i am using virtue theme
will it go with that theme

2.earlier you said multiads won’t work with my theme
it will work with your themes only am i right?
if it works i will go for it also.

3.one more thing i am using one signal for push notifications
when i view my site switched to mobile theme in wptouch
it won’t show any message for notification

    1. WPtouch Pro works with most desktop themes out there. If WPtouch (free) is working fine with your current desktop theme, then it is very likely there won’t be any issues with WPtouch Pro, since their codebase is identical.

    2. Multi-Ads will only add advertisements to WPtouch Pro themes. However, if you are using another plugin to add ads to your desktop theme, those ads should also appear in WPtouch (free) and Pro.

    3. Looking through OneSignal’s documentation, this might be a limitation of that plugin. Load your website on your mobile device and scroll down to the footer area and tap on the link to switch to the “Desktop” theme. Do you see the OneSignal notification bubble there? If not, then it is likely due to the limitation of the notification plugin.
