    Hello,

    We are having good luck with your plugin.

    However, we have encountered one error in our logs as follows:

    [12-Sep-2016 21:26:20 UTC] WordPress database error Commands out of sync; you can’t run this command now for query INSERT INTO wp_81_options (option_name, option_value, autoload) VALUES (‘_wp_session_14495457b3412e82321f152af1906494’, ‘a:1:{s:7:\”notices\”;s:81:\”a:4:{s:5:\”error\”;a:0:{}s:7:\”warning\”;a:0:{}s:7:\”success\”;a:0:{}s:4:\”info\”;a:0:{}}\”;}’, ‘no’) ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE option_name = VALUES(option_name), option_value = VALUES(option_value), autoload = VALUES(autoload) made by shutdown_action_hook, do_action(‘shutdown’), wp_session_write_close, WP_Session->write_data, add_option

    Our developer reports as follows:

    This error is caused by the “Charitable” plugin on the soobahkdo.com website. It comes from a function definition in the wp-session library (wp-content/plugins/charitable/includes/libraries/wp-session/wp-session.php). I noticed there was an update available for the Charitable plugin, so I applied it. If the error continues to appear, it is probably a good idea to get in touch with the developer to see if it’s a known issue.

    Does this require further attention by your team?

    I haven’t encountered this error before and can’t really think why it would be happening. Are you seeing it consistently, or just this one time?

    Hi Eric,

    I just created a new thread about a campaign that disappeared overnight. Not sure if these issues may be related or connected somehow.

    I have not seen that exact error again, but another referring to site 81 has appeared several times.

    I realize the following error may have nothing to do with your plugin, I am just mentioning it because these strange events seem to be occurring on the same subsite #81:
