Cannot create events page URL two levels deep

    I am trying to set my calendar URL two levels deep, like; http://www.domain.com/whats-on/calendar/

    However, each time I place the ‘/’ inside the events URL slug it fails to save and tells me I can’t have that URL.

    Surely this plugin allows us to change the URL to be a few levels deep?

    I’m afraid that’s not possible, @roothost. The redirect rules used by the plugin are a bit more complicated than that and will not allow two levels.

    However, one idea you might try is using the Redirection plugin to create the URL and redirect it to the calendar:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/

    Sorry for the bad news, but I hope this is a good workaround in the meantime.
