    I just updated my website to WordPress 4.6.1. and WooCommerce 2.6.4. I also updated APG Shipping to 2.0. Since then, when I add a product to the cart it says: “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

    In the admin panel, if I go to WooCommerce -> settings -> Shipping I don’t see anything about APG shipping. When I go to plugins -> APG shipping -> Settings I get an empty page.

    When I switch back to APG shipping 1.9.3 everything works fine.
