    Hi,
    Did you have any trackbacks/pingbacks on the post? They are also counted as comments.

    Nope. New comments including my own replies are not shown.

    Hi,
    Will you try disabling all plugins and check?
    Is this the only post with such behaviour or are there more posts?
    Any pattern in the posts that show this behaviour? Comments posted after a particular date (or) number of comments always less by a constant (or) anything of the kind..

    Only the first 6 comments are shown including their replies. New comments does not show up.
