Adding agallery and contact form.

I’m new to wordpress.

I find it hard to find good tutorials on the net. Anyone know how to add galleriers or a contact form on to a wordpress page?

So a client can just add and post new images that are visable to site users.

A contact form so users can e-mail them directly from the site, oppose to just opening up programs like outlock.
