WooCommerce Backorder Issues

    Hi,

    Whenever I update my shop, a glitch occurs where multiple items end up back ordered (appearing as “-1”) … even though I have listings set to not allow back orders. Not cool!

    I noticed this started happening after I installed a new theme. I did a little research and it seems some themes are known to cause problems like this.

    Does anyone know how I can fix this … without having to find (and pay) for a new theme?

    Hi Federicocapanni,

    Sadly, not. I find WooCommerce has way too many glitches to handle the amount of traffic my site would receive during shop updates … and not so great customer service.

    I’ve since switched to a paid eCommerce site with 24/7 customer service, that spares me all the headaches WooCommerce’s platform had caused me. Well worth the investment, in my opinion.
