Milestone based payment for wooCommerce

HI All,

My client wants to use WooComerce with one twist.. He sells IT services. For every service, he picked specific price of USD 5000. Now with the feature of buy service, he wants the clients to pay only 25% as advanced using payment gateway.

I implemented payment gteways but cant control payments this way. I searched internet and found 2 good things but.. they were just not right as they offered deposit constant for every product.. that too in value not %…..

I want %.. Please suggest any good option for that..
