Import stuck always at 51,49% uploading

I’ve tried several times importing a file to my site and it’s always stuck at exactly 51,49% and it throws the message “We are sorry, there seems to be a problem while uploading your file”, I’ve tried doing it in a local test environment and it works perfectly so the file isn’t the problem, it’s not my internet connection either since it’s always stuck at the exact same point.

Please don’t suggest uploading it to the backup folder because i can’t do that for this site right now.

Is there any way i can solve this?
