NO NEW ORDER EMAIL – please help!

    I have WC that was setup & working well for past 3+ years. It currently runs up to date SQL, WC, WP, & PHP7.

    Recently, I noticed that it’s not sending any new order email. That’s same for both ADMIN end where you get ‘New Order’ notification + CUSTOMER end where they get ‘Order Processing’

    Email LOG shows NO emails being generated.
    PHP mail function IS working – checked by test email + when I click on ‘resend new order email’ it works fine

    Only way I get the order notification now is Paypal payment email. Amazon payment doesn’t send out anything on their end so I don’t even know until I log into the site.

    I have 2 sites with almost identical setting and they BOTH stop working.
    I think it must be something with newest WC or maybe php7?

    Please let me know if there’s anything I can try.

    What log is that? A system log or one that’s generated by a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ ?

    2nd, generated by a plugin. When I use ‘resend new order email’ -> apply -> it shows up on the email log. That was added to make sure to let ppl know that normal php mail send function and email itself seems to be working.
