monarch.css is not the correct filename @jasminelinda, can you try plugins/monarch/css/style.css instead?

it’s possible the problem isn’t css, but JS, as I see “jQuery is not defined” on the browser console. try adding js/jquery/jquery.js to the comma-separated JS optimization exlusion-list for that.

    hope this helps,

you have this JS warning in the browser console, even if AO is not active (add ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL):

20:41:23.277 TypeError: headerResize is undefined init.js:584:1

moreover when looking at the HTML source part of the head is missing. maybe a problem with your theme, maybe a problem with another plugin?
