Opening Tabs Via href Link

    How can I make a href link open a certain tab…ie if I want the link to the page to open a tag that isn’t the default opened tab.

    My page is here:
    members.investingshortcuts.com/daily-profit-machine

    Please let me know how to accomplish this via href link
