Logo Font Issue

I am using text for my logo and trying to change the font so it is different than the header font used everywhere on the site.

My header font I’d like is Arimo and the logo font I’d like is Lora.

However, when using the code

#masthead #logo a{font-family: 'Lora',serif !important;}

the font is actually serif, not Lora (I’ve tested because I’ve used other font names instead of Lora and they all appear the same.

However, when I used a header font of Lora and logo font of Arimo, there was no issue.

I’m not sure why in one case the logo font works and in the other case it doesn’t! Any thoughts?
