Broken Multistep Form

Hi

I’m using a three step multistep form on my site

I can fill out the forms fine, and on clicking ‘next’ the page redirects to the next form

The issue is we are receiving an email with only the form data from the last step. The form data from the previous two steps is not included in our email

We require a single email containing the form data from all three steps of the form

Any ideas?
