Subscribers, users ect

    I have recently changed my website from a free WordPress to one hosted by Bluehost. I have a few questions relating to users and subscribers.

    1. Can I transfer my current followers from my old blog page? If so how do I do it.

    2. I currently have two different ways for people to subscribe (I only want one).
    Firstly I have PopUp by Supsystic and secondly I have WP Subscribe Pro. Which one is better?
    The PopUp one stores the subscribers in Users – which I don’t think I like (I’m not even sure they get email notification) the WP Pro uses feeds i.e. feedburner (which I have absolutely no idea about). I really wan tall my subscribers in one place and I want an email to be sent to them each time I post.

    Can you help explain a few things to me please.
